CERTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ISO 9001:2015
The certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard in quality management. It serves to create uniform workflows and thus make processes more transparent to the customer. It also improves the efficiency of the company and thereby resulting in more customer satisfaction.
HAWEKA has been certified in accordance with this quality standard.
The internal workflows were analyzed and optimization potentials laid open for improvement
in several audits. The company’s structure, customer orientation as well as quality assurance hereby play a key role. A complete order is broken down to many different individual activities. Previously, a goal is defined and it is figured out how this goal should be attained through the optimal stringing together of the different activities. This process is then described in detail and converted into process steps.
